What you will do:

This is one of the most crucial roles in the organization. In this highly visible position you will be instrumental in building the sales pipeline and managing the best-in-industry client experience we strive for with each interaction at JuicyBlue. Specifically, you will:

  • Build and manage a targeted sales pipeline through cold calling, networking, lead generation, and other business development related activities
  • Meet with prospective clients to determine talent acquisition objectives by conferring with hiring executives and business owners
  • Manage clients relationships, and play a key role their growth strategies, helping them make smart important head-count decisions
  • Analyze, interpret, present, and recommend sourcing strategies and recruitment plans to identify talent for temporary, temporary-to-hire, and direct hire client requisitions
  • Meet with clients to review performance, metrics, and staffing trends through quarterly business reviews
  • Network and promote the organization at business expos, networking events, and professional networking groups and associations

The following qualifications will lead to success in this role:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, HR, communications, marketing or equivalent combination of education and professional work experience in a similar position/field
  • Prior experience as a recruiter, or experience in direct sales, business development, or similar role, preferably in the staffing industry
  • Highly organized with impeccable time management & decision-making skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong work ethic and results orientation
