Recruiter Coordinator


We’re looking for a part time or Recruiting Coordinator Intern to join our team!

Note: Full time will be only be offered for this role after a probationary period has been completed.

The Recruiting Coordinator will:

  • Provide general administrative support to the executive recruiting team.
  • Assist with scheduling interviews and travel logistics for candidates.
  • instrumental in working with hiring managers to ensure the interview process runs smoothly.
  • Assist with reporting and analytics, as needed.
  • Assist with special headcount initiatives as needed.
  • Provide assistance with the organizing of candidate focused events for all verticals


Basic Qualifications:

  • Degree focus on Human Resources or Communications preferred
  • 1 + years of work experience with Excel, including v-look up, formulas, and functions
  • Experience with MS Office Products
  • Ability to communicate effectively orally and in writing
  • Ability to demonstrate independent research
  • Positive Attitude
  • Self-Starter
