|We’re looking for a part time or Recruiting Coordinator Intern to join our team!
Note: Full time will be only be offered for this role after a probationary period has been completed.
The Recruiting Coordinator will:
- Provide general administrative support to the executive recruiting team.
- Assist with scheduling interviews and travel logistics for candidates.
- instrumental in working with hiring managers to ensure the interview process runs smoothly.
- Assist with reporting and analytics, as needed.
- Assist with special headcount initiatives as needed.
- Provide assistance with the organizing of candidate focused events for all verticals
- Degree focus on Human Resources or Communications preferred
- 1 + years of work experience with Excel, including v-look up, formulas, and functions
- Experience with MS Office Products
- Ability to communicate effectively orally and in writing
- Ability to demonstrate independent research
- Positive Attitude
